As a Prototype Test Driver at Ford Motor Company, Advanced Vehicle Technology Division, Ms. Jachim brought a new perspective on the success of business management practices and capital expenditures – achieving unprecedented, first-time accuracy – in prototype testing, Research and Development tools, and cost figures. Leading the continuous-improvement effort, she also moved the company from antiquated testing procedures to innovative test-driving methodologies and redesigned complex, test engineering manuals. Her expertise resulted in greatly improved vehicle systems performance and a cost-savings of at least 60% per driven test.

With a varied background, sharp strategic vision, and proficient expertise, Ms. Jachim’s career leadership roles across the world include serving as Pit Lane/Grid Race Official for Formula 1™ racing; US F1™ Agent for ExclusiveGP; US F1™ Representative for Amber Lounge; Race Official for IndyCar and Indy Lights; Race Official for NASCAR; Senior Planner on the Commander’s Special Staff at HQ, US Central Command; Principal International Counterintelligence Analyst at US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) interfacing with Interpol and US Embassies throughout the Middle East and Europe; Senior Strategic Communication Planner at HQ US Central Command and HQ, US European Command; Imagineer at The Walt Disney Company; on-stage Actress at Walt Disney World™, Client Engagement Representative for Her Royal Highness Maja Synke Princess of Hohenzollern; Senior Intelligence Analyst at HQ, US Special Operations Command (SOCOM); and Senior Manager at the US Department of Homeland Security where she successfully led a team of over 250 professionals.

Ms. Jachim is the recipient of numerous US government Meritorious and Superior Honor Awards including the Global War on Terror medal, Civilian – Outstanding Intelligence Analysis and Contributions; two Commander’s Coins for Excellence in Strategic Planning, HQ, US Central Command; Team Leader and winner of the Strategic Communication and Marketing Strategy development competition at the US State Department – Foreign Service Institute; Leadership Award, US Department of Homeland Security; and the Productivity and Prototype Innovation Award, Ford Motor Company, among others.

Ms. Jachim is the author of two US patents; she completed Harvard Business School’s ManageMentor© Program and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) track at Stetson University, graduating both with honors; holds an Associate degree in International Business Management; has earned multiple classified certifications from the US State Department Foreign Service Institute, the US Department of Defense, Defense Intelligence Agency, US Central Command, and US Special Operations Command. She is completing a Bachelor degree in E-Business from Ashworth University where she will soon graduate with honors. Ms. Jachim is active in the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO), and the Formula 1™ international community.
